The Greater Dalton Chamber is proud to bring back this important opportunity to engage directly with our Congressional leaders in our nation’s capital. Together, we’ll advocate for the key issues impacting our business community and ensure Greater Dalton’s voice is heard in Washington.

This experience offers valuable time with fellow business and community leaders, opportunities to build stronger relationships, and a chance to gain insights that help shape the future of our region.

Trip Overview

• Arrival: Tuesday, September 16

  • Afternoon arrival with meetings beginning around 3:00 p.m.

• Full Day of Meetings: Wednesday, September 17

• Departure: Thursday, September 18

Comprised of Greater Dalton’s top business and civic leaders, this delegation will meet with members of our congressional delegation and other federal officials to discuss key issues impacting our community. This is a must-attend event for those committed to ensuring Dalton’s priorities are heard on Capitol Hill.

Hotel Accommodations
Attendees will stay two nights at the Phoenix Park Hotel, conveniently located near Capitol Hill.

Flights
Please note: Registration does not include flights, allowing participants the flexibility to choose their preferred airline and departure time.

We recommend the following options from Atlanta (ATL) to Washington Reagan National (DCA) to ensure on-time arrival for Tuesday’s meetings:
